Retrofit double glazing for original wooden windows

Because on a villa, a bungalow or a character home, the joinery is a large part of what the house is. Aluminium replacements change the proportions, the glazing bars, the sight lines and the reveal depth. They are also permanent. Once original kauri or rimu joinery is out of a house, it does not come back.

Retrofitting keeps the fabric of the building and solves the problem that actually bothers you, which is usually condensation, cold and noise.
